At Nétur, we not only develop, machine, and assemble aerospace parts, we also have in-house painting and post-machining special processes. We have sufficient capacity to process our customer’s components as well as additional capacity to offer subcontracting services in support of your own value chain. Our state-of-the-art tools, fixtures and facilities enable us to apply surface coatings for your aerospace components using;
- Organic (epoxy) and inorganic (aluminum) coatings for all types of materials: aluminum, magnesium, steel, etc. (CPW20 and CPW420)
- Paint mixing room: 8′ x 8′ x 8′
- Crossdraft paint spray booth: 8′ x 10′ x 20′
- Temperature- and humidity-controlled positive pressure room
- Temperature-controlled drying room with crossdraft: 8′ x 10′ x 20′
- Curing oven (maximum working temperature: 700F); interior dimensions 7′ x 6′ x 6′; certified AMS2750E; Class III temperature uniformity, Type-C instrumentation, Nanodac temperature recorder/controller
- Media blasting cabinet with dust collectors: 44” x 36” x 32”
- Shot peening cabinet with dust collectors: 44” x 36” x 32”
- Chemical and mechanical stripping
